Jill Ross is a rising senior at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. She completed a summer NSF-REU experience in the FLIES Facility during 2009. Her research focused on non-consumptive effects of larval excretions/secretions (ES) and larval activity of the introduced blow fly, Chrysomya rufifacies (hairy maggot blow fly) on the native blow fly, Cochliomyia macellaria.
