Sienna McPeek

SIENNA McPEEK is a PhD student who graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Biology and Spanish from the University of Dayton. During her undergrad, she worked in Dr. Chelse Prather’s insect ecology lab, where her passion for entomology began. Potential research at A&M concerns the surveillance of invasive wild boar in south Texas serving as potential reservoirs of disease for both wildlife, insects, and humans. Research will be done in tandem with Dr. Tomberlin and Dr. Tomecek. Her goals are to make an impact in this world through educating the public on the importance of disease ecology and forensic entomology.
